Log in using your Panther ID Username and Password; this is the Username and Password you use to log in to your computer.
After successfully logging in, select the request type you wish to complete.
- New Employee/Position Change Enrollment is for New Employees and returning employees (All Staff and Full time Faculty) and for current employee position changes.
- Current Employee Moves are employees who are already employed by the college that will be moving to another working location from their present working location (All employees regardless of employment status)
- New Adjunct Enrollment is for new or returning Adjuncts.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for New Employee/Position Change Enrollment and Current Employee Moves and 1 Business day for New Adjunct Enrollment.
New Employee/Position Change Enrollment Process
Complete the New Employee Enrollment Form. Upon completion of the form, tickets will be created for both the Information Technology Services and Facilities Departments.
Current Employee Move Process
Complete the Employee Move Form. Upon completion of the form, tickets will be created for both the Information Technology Services and Facilities Departments.
New Adjunct Enrollment
Complete the New Adjunct Enrollment Form. Upon completion of the form, tickets will be created for Information Technology Services.
Pay close attention to emails coming from ITS and Facilities that say in the subject line “ACTION REQUIRED”. When you receive an email with “ACTION REQUIRED” in the subject line, it is a request for more information to complete your request.
While filling out your request form use this Icon to provide “Tips” on the information required.

Employee Moving/Rearranging Within Own Area
For assistance with moving furniture/equipment within an individual’s own area, please submit a Help Desk ticket to the appropriate department. For assistance moving furniture send a Help Desk ticket to Email Facilities. For assistance moving equipment, please send a Help Desk ticket to Email Help Desk.
