Thank you for taking the time to let us know when you receive questionable emails.
Emails are great but in order to block the email from our servers, information is needed that is not seen in the email body. It can only be found in the header information of the original email. When the email is simply “Forwarded”, it loses that information.
To avoid this, please follow the instructions below for any spam, phishing, or other suspicious e-mail:
- Right-click the email in the message list
- Select “Forward as Attachment” to email@example.com
Following these steps will send all the needed information to enable IT to block the email from Craven’s server.
