NEW BERN, Craven County — A $1,000 grant from the International Paper Foundation will help Craven Community College purchase textbooks for high school students taking college classes tuition-free.
The textbooks will benefit the college’s Career & College Promise program, and officials say it shows the community’s support for accessible education.
