Move Your Body: Dance Fusion

Course Code: CSP-DANCEFU

Dance improves balance, burns calories, increases flexibility, gives the heart a great workout, and strengthens muscles. It has also been associated with increased self-confidence and has provided cognitive benefits by remembering dance combinations and steps.

This class is ideal for beginners who will be taught dances that are easy to learn and can be followed with step-by-step instruction. Participants will be introduced to cultures around the world through modern dance, African dance, and zydeco dance.

Please wear comfortable attire and shoes to the class. You may also dance barefoot if you prefer. It is always a good idea to be hydrated, so please bring water or a thirst-quenching beverage to class.
