Lean Six Sigma provides a process that analyzes; “What is most important to the Customer,” “What the business process delivers” and “How can the business improve the process to meet the customers expectation.
The concept behind Lean Six Sigma is removing waste and defects from processes; always striving for “On-Time” delivery to the customer with “Zero Defects”. Six Sigma Quality is a process producing no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
