Lean Six Sigma

Today’s competitive environment leaves no room for error. Businesses must attract customers and continuously look for new ways to exceed the customer’s expectations. Lean Six Sigma provides a process that analyzes; “What is most important to the Customer,” “What the business process delivers” and “How can the business improve the process to meet the customers expectation.

Craven Community College Lean Six Sigma training provides participants with an interactive learning experience using a highly disciplined method and series of tools and techniques to aid in delivering near perfect products and services at minimal cost.
The concept behind Lean Six Sigma is removing waste and defects from processes; always striving for “On-Time” delivery to the customer with “Zero Defects”. Six Sigma Quality is a process producing no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
