Craven Community College Lean Six Sigma training provides participants with an interactive learning experience in a highly disciplined method and series of tools and techniques to aid in delivering near perfect products and services at minimal cost.
The concept behind Lean Six Sigma is removing waste and defects from processes; always striving for “On-Time” delivery to the customer and “Zero Defects”. Six Sigma Quality is a process producing no more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities.
