Our Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training teaches a set of proven methods and tools to help organization improve their capabilities to produce better products and services as well as enhances mission capability and/or financial performance.
The training follows the Department of the Navy and ASQ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge as a guide. Improvement team members and leaders will learn the essential skills needed for successful Kaizen and DMAIC projects. Not only will you learn the tools and techniques in the Constraints Management, Lean and DMAIC methods, but you will also learn analytical skills, group dynamics, team building and facilitation skills. A TOC/Lean simulation and “Statapult” simulation are used to enhance the learning experience. Data analysis is performed using MS Excel and Excel interface software, QI Macros or Minitab. The course also includes facilitation and technical assistance during the student’s Green Belt project.
