North Carolina Broker Prelicensing Course

To become a licensed broker in the state of North Carolina, you must begin with this 75-hour North Carolina Broker Prelicensing Course, that prepares you to protect and serve the public interest, and sit for the state real estate license examination. The real estate licensing examination is required for ALL applicants. Strong emphasis on real estate brokerage math, law, and practice. Required textbook: Modern Real Estate Practice in North Carolina, 9th edition, (ISBN: 9781475438673); Real Estate Prelicense Math Workbook, 3 Wise Teachers, (ISBN 9780692 051580); 2018-2019, Second Edition. Download syllabus . The entire licensing process and all the requirements are provided in the Commission’s Real Estate Licensing In NC (RELINC) booklet. Registration is due one week prior to start date. Payment is due within 3 business days of being registered.

Real Estate Postlicensing: Broker Relationships and Responsibilities

Hone your real estate skills. Review agency relationships in sales transactions and an agent’s legal duties. Bring your North Carolina Real Estate Manual, 2017 Edition (Blue Book). Real Estate Continuing Education: 2018-19 BICUP* or GENUP with Elective

This is the new updates/electives class for the 2018-2019 season. And here is the best part: get all 8 hours of continuing education for one low price! Only a *Broker-in-Charge (BIC) must attend for the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP). The BIC can also attend the Elective if desired. All others will attend the General Update (GENUP) and/or the Elective. “Scruples and the Code of Ethics” is the Elective being offered. One price for one or two classes.
