Intro to Gingerbread House Construction

This class offers the basic knowledge required to successfully construct your very own gingerbread house with no-fail dough and icing recipes. The instructor will demonstrate how to make the structures so they hold up in our humid southern climate, and will share the tips and tricks for success.
Whether novice or pro, after this class, you’ll be ready to enter your gingerbread creation in the New Bern Historical Society’s Virtual Gingerbread House Contest & Display, a part of our Christmas festivities. For more information visit the New Bern Historical Society.
