When classrooms, Orringer Auditorium and other campus facilities are not being utilized for classes or other college purposes, Craven Community College can make them available to government, civic and other groups.
The charge to use Orringer Auditorium, Bosch and AMC 102, the Naumann Community room and computer labs are $40 per hour for non-profit groups and $65 per hour for other groups. The charge for general classrooms is $25 per hour for non-profit groups and $50 per hours for other groups.
Those leasing space on the college’s campus are required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) attesting to the event or meeting host having at minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance coverage and naming the college as an additional insured for the duration of the event.
