This class is open to those who are new to yoga. Classes are a combination of gentle stretches, simple yoga poses, and breathing techniques. Practicing yoga has many benefits: it helps reduce stress and promotes flexibility, strength, range of motion and balance. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a yoga mat. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
