This advanced homebrew class is intended for those already brewing at home and are interested in taking brewing to the next level. This 20-hour class meets five times, allowing the student to experience four different mashing methods: -Step mashing -Brew In A Bag (BIAB) -Single Infusion -Heat Exchanged Recirculating Mash (HERMS) on a commercial system. On the fourth week of class, the students will participate on a field trip to BrÜtopia Brewing Company, a local brewery and brew from a commercial system.
