How to Register
Prior to registering for classes, students are encouraged to meet with an Academic Advisor as soon as possible to discuss and review their schedule for the upcoming semester.
In addition, students should verify that their financial aid, scholarships, grants, VA benefits, etc. have been awarded for the upcoming academic term.
NOTE: Please use the Section Codes listing to assist you in determining which classes are offered in New Bern or Havelock, which classes are Distance Education, Day, Night, or Weekend.
The first week of registration will be On-line Registration ONLY and is a tiered process based on the number of completed credit hours. Check the Craven Community College website for registration schedule to see which day you may begin registration.
After the first week of registration, registration is open to all students, except for those who have been admitted into the following programs. These students must meet with their Program Advisors to register:
- Career and College Promise (High School Students)
- Early College (High School Students)
- Aviation Systems Technology
- Basic Law Enforcement Training
- Health Information Technology
- Medical Assisting
- Pharmacy Technology
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Special Credit (Visiting and Non-degree seeking students)
Payment is due at the time of registration. Class schedules will be deleted if payment is not received by the specified date.
