Connect-2-Success, Title III
Connect-2-Success is a federally funded Strengthen Institutions five-year grant. The purpose of the grant is to serve students who are enrolled in developmental education courses, co-requisite math and English courses, students on academic warning or probation and students who are on financial aid appeal. Students are provided monthly check-in visits with advisors, weekly tutoring sessions, and other services designed for student success.

TRiO—Student Support Services
TRiO-Student Support Services is a federally funded grant that serves low-income, first generation, and disabled students enrolled at Craven Community College. The program offers one-on-one advising, tutoring, career exploration, program guidance, and transfer assistance. Student Support Services staff encourage academic excellence, integrity and individual responsibility through leadership and service.

Library Services
The newly renovated Godwin Memorial Library is a spacious place to study, do homework, use computers, and home to countless resources related to all the programs of study offered at Craven. Print and electronic resources and research consultation are just a few of the services provided in the library. The Godwin Memorial Library provides an atmosphere conducive to life-long learning and academic excellence.

Academic Support Center
The Academic Support Center provides academic support to all students at Craven Community College. Support is provided by highly trained professional and peer tutors on a walk-in and appointment basis. The Academic Support Center provides technical support, academic support, career exploration, test prep, and personal development opportunities.

Student Help Desk
The Craven Community College Student Help Portal provides technical support to all CCC students. We are available to assist students with basic computer and technical needs, and we are committed to providing detailed resolutions and general information to assist with common problems. Help Desk technicians are available in the Academic Support Center during normal college operating hours and provide online assistance Sat-Thurs from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Contact the Help Desk at 252-638-7212 or visit the Student Help Desk.
ADA Services for Students With Disabilities
Craven Community College is dedicated to providing an accessible learning environment to current and potential students. Testing Center
Craven Community College maintains Testing Centers on the New Bern, Havelock, and Cherry Point campuses. Each office administers a variety of tests for students and community members. Make up exams, testing accommodations, and a large variety of official certification test are available.
