The same owners of Kona Ice of the Crystal Coast have expanded their enterprise to include Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee of the Crystal Coast, dedicated to serving premium coffee on a beautifully-designed and state-of-the-art mobile coffee truck! With the addition of the coffee truck experience, new opportunities are available for employees to learn multiple roles and grow within the company that can now support full-time employment on an annual basis.

What We’re Looking For: 

• A positive attitude, warm personality, and great customer service skills with people of all ages;
• A long-term team member looking to grow within our company (e.g., Lead Driver, Operations Manager);
• Comfortable driving a larger vehicle;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment; 
• Dependable, team-oriented, and trustworthy; and
• Availability on nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Key duties and responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Greeting and serving customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm;
• Communicate directly with clients and build/maintain trusting relationships;
• Safely transport Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck (BEV) from warehouse to event location;
• Ability to handle cash, accept payments, and operate Square point of sale;
• Maintain BEV equipment with routine cleaning and restocking of supplies during shift;
• Complete beginning and end of shift preparation on BEV; and
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience 
• Possess a clean driving record
• A clean employment background check is required
• Must have reliable transportation
