Nominations for the 2025 Community Fabric Awards are now open!
The Foundation welcomes nominations from across our communities. We invite you to make nominations for the 2025 Community Fabric Awards in the following three categories:
- Community Fabric Award for Individual Leadership
- Community Fabric Award for Business Leadership
- Community Fabric Award for Leadership in Education
There are no special qualifications required to become a nominator. Successful nominations are those that use the narrative section of the application form to tell the story of a nominee’s specific contributions to our communities.
Nomination Process
The Foundation is currently using Google Forms to facilitate the nomination process. Follow the links above to nominate in one of three categories. You can return to your form and narrative over time to make additions and updates until the deadline: Monday, February 17 at 5:00 p.m.
How to Nominate
Step 1: Accessing the Nomination Form
Open your web browser
Launch the internet browser on your computer, tablet, or smartphone
Go to the nomination form
Type in the web address provided or click on the link shared with you
Step 2: Filling out the Nomination Form
Provide nominee information
Fill in the required information about the person you are nominating
Carefully answer the questions related to the nominee - take your time to provide detailed responses
Upload letters of support
Upload 1 to 5 letters of support for the nominee - this is an important part of the nomination process
Click on the file upload button (it might look like an upward arrow or a paperclip symbol)
Select the files from your computer or device that contain the letter(s) of support
Step 3: Saving & Editing Responses
Save your progress
If you need to take a break, you can save your progress by clicking on any "Save" or "Submit" button present on the form
Edit before the deadline
You can edit your responses at any time until Monday, February 17 at 5 p.m.
To edit, revisit the same link and fill in information or make changes as needed

The deadline for edits and submissions is Monday, February 17, 2025, at 5 p.m. Make sure to submit your letters of support as early as possible.
Selection Process
To ensure fairness and an unbiased selection process, the Community Fabric Award Selection Committees consist of a past recipient, a female representative, and a minority representative. These knowledgeable committee members bring diverse perspectives to the table and ensure that recipients are chosen based on their demonstrated excellence, rather than being selected by the Foundation.
