Whether you’re new to Craven or a former student returning after more than one year, you will need to submit a copy of your transcript after completing your application.

Follow the steps below to submit your transcript. If you need to get a copy of your transcript from us, visit our Requesting Transcripts page.

How to Submit Transcripts

  • Many colleges request you use a third-party service such as Parchment or Scribbles to request transcripts.
  • Some colleges will send transcripts electronically; please have these transcripts sent to studentrecords@cravencc.edu. (Note: Transcripts forwarded from personal accounts will be considered unofficial.)
  • Transcripts delivered in person must be in the original, sealed envelope.
  • You can also have your transcripts sent by regular mail to:

Transcripts from institutions outside the United States must be evaluated and, if necessary, translated by a current member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Service (NACES). Completed evaluations, along with copies of the original transcript(s), may be sent to studentrecords@cravencc.edu. The NACES service must send their official translation/evaluation directly to Craven Community College. If the transcript translation/evaluation is mailed to the student, it must be submitted to Craven Community College in its original, sealed, unopened envelope.
