Deep Roots, Strong Futures - Join us in support of our students.

This year, Craven Community College is celebrating its upcoming 60th anniversary. The college has Deep Roots in this community and has been creating Strong Futures through educational opportunities for over 60 years.

For over 47 years, the Craven Community College Foundation has supported the College's vision of higher education for the residents of Craven County and beyond. Established in 1977, the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial support to students through scholarships and funding for programs, equipment, new and emerging initiatives, facilities, and other priorities on the New Bern, Havelock, and Volt Center campuses. The Foundation is committed to this mission and will continue to ensure that our students have the financial support they need to reach their educational goals.

In fiscal year 2024, the Foundation assisted 2,210 students with direct funding to ensure they could continue their studies. We provided funding for tuition, fees, books, required course materials, testing, and emergency needs for students. The Foundation has over $605,200 available for student assistance for the 2024-25 academic year.

A small amount of financial assistance can celebrate our Deep Roots and ensure that we are creating Strong Futures for so many students.
