- Academic Advising at the New Bern and Havelock campuses provide an environment that promotes student development by encouraging the development of academic, career, and personal goals; educating students on the College’s academic requirements, policies, and procedures; and promoting student involvement in curricular and co-curricular engagement at the College.
- Registration occurs according to the Academic Calendar, typically one month prior to the semester start. Students meeting certain criteria may register online through Self-Service, an online portal.
- Academic Support Center provides academic assistance to curriculum students enrolled in courses at all levels. The mission of this center is to help students reach their academic, personal, social, and economic potential by supporting their intellectual growth, directing and connecting them to resources, and motivating them to become lifelong learners.
- Library – Both the New Bern and Havelock campuses offer library resources to meet the curricular and instructional needs of Craven Community College students, faculty, and staff, and the informational and leisure needs of the community as a whole.
- TRIO Student Support Services at Craven Community College encourages academic excellence and student success by providing proactive academic services designed to empower students, to address and overcome access challenges to higher education, and gain an understand of how to be successful in the college environment. TRIO is committed to creating and maintaining a supportive environment for low income, first generation, and disabled students that encourages academic excellence, integrity, success, and individual responsibility through leadership and service.
