Ordering Placement Test Scores
To obtain enrollment verification or placement test scores, complete the printable Request for Placement Test Scores form and email the form to Student Records.
Enrollment Verification Requests
Current students can submit an enrollment verification request by logging into the Self-Service Portal and clicking "Enrollment Verifications".
Degree and Enrollment Verification for Employers
Employers are able to request degree and enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse.
