General Definition of Work
Essential Functions/Typical Tasks
Greets guest; Collection of admission fees; operation of concession and ensures cleanliness of facility.

- Accurately processes and tracks monetary transactions to ensure proper cash handling;
- Oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of Aquatic Center and Spray Park;
- Operates concessions;
- Monitors activities in Aquatic Center and Spray Park;
- Enforces rules and regulations, policies and procedures;
- Registers participants;
- Performs related tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of recreation facilities; skill and ability in cash handling; ability to enforce rules in effective, tactful and courteous manner; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, program participants and the general public.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum age of 15.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of North Carolina preferred.
