Kenneth "Tripp" Jarvis grew up in North Carolina and earned his bachelor's and master's in fine arts from East Carolina University. He moved to Estonia where he attended the Estonian Academy of Art and became an active artist participating in international exhibitions and symposia in Estonia and Finland. Upon returning to the States he taught ceramics and sculpture at Craven Community College. Jarvis has sculptures in permanent collections in North Carolina and Europe and has participated in regional, national and international exhibitions.

Jarvis' work centers on the physical and spiritual worlds. He believes the heart is at the center of these two worlds and sees his sculptures as "Temple Heart Vessels." He wants his sculptures to awaken the heart to the unfolding blossom of the divinity residing in us all.  Visit his artist website here.
