Would you like to build skills for work in the culinary/restaurant industry? If so, this course is for you! Learn how the food industry operates in the back of house kitchen. After this course you will understand food service techniques, food safety, and other food production basics. Hands-on training is part of the course, and upon completion you’ll be prepared for employment in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and health facilities.
