Our Intro to Craft Brewing course is designed for entry-level brewers with little or no experience. You'll gain an understanding of beer styles, brewing technologies, and hands-on experience in brewing and tasting beer in a safe environment. Each class is limited to 15 students.
Requirements
- You must be 21 at time of registration
- You must sign liability waiver release forms
- You must be ready to have fun

- Introductions and expectations
- Chemicals, sanitation, equipment
- Water, hops, extracts, grains
- Adjuncts, yeasts, fermentation, brewing
- Brew day, prep for bottling, all grain
- Bottling day
- All grain brewing
- Bottling all grain
