Entry-Level Part-Time Assistant – Emerald Coast Bookkeeping (New Bern, NC)
Emerald Coast Bookkeeping is a growing business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Part-Time Assistant to support our bookkeeping and accounting operations. This is a great opportunity to grow with us and gain hands-on experience in a small, supportive office setting.
Hours: 15 hours per week
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday- flexible hours between 9 am to 3 pm
Location: In-person in New Bern, NC
Responsibilities include:
Basic data entry
Document management
General assistant duties to support a bookkeeper and accountant
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Abobe)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with QuickBooks is helpful but not required
