If you are attempting to log on to Office365 for the first time…
Use your Panther ID to log into Office365, except you need to add the appropriate domain name:
- @cravencc.edu (employees)
- @my.cravencc.edu (students)
For instance, if your Panther ID is johns12345, then your Office365 username will be:
- johns12345@cravencc.edu (employees)
- johns12345@my.cravencc.edu (students)
with the same password that you use for your Panther ID and WebAdvisor.
Office365 is not enabled for password reset.
Password resets for Craven Community College students and employees are managed on our Password Reset Server. When you reset your password using the Password Reset Server, your Office365, WebAdvisor, Moodle, Outlook, etc password will be updated as well. (Please allow some time for the newly changed password to synchronize with Office365.) View our Technology Tutorials page for instructions.
