Our Electronics Engineering Technology program will provide you with introductory skills necessary to analyze and troubleshoot electronic systems. You’ll gain knowledge and hands-on experience with topics such as analog electronics, industrial controls, microprocessors, and communications systems.
This is a certificate program and requires fewer credits and less time to complete than a degree or diploma program. Certificate programs can be taken alone but are often taken along with other Industrial Manufacturing programs.
The Electronics Engineering program also offers degree, diploma, and additional certificate options.

Topics include rotating, machine theory, ladder logic, electromechanical and solid state relays, motor controls, pilot devices, three-phase power systems, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to interpret schematics and demonstrate an understanding of electromechanical and electronic control of rotating machinery.

Topics include the frequency spectrum, electrical noise, modulation techniques, characteristics of transmitters and receivers, and digital communications. Upon completion, students should be able to interpret analog and digital communication circuit diagrams, analyze transmitter and receiver circuits, and use appropriate communication test equipment.
