Our Stuff It cooking class will teach you the knowledge and skills needed for the preparation and presentation of food, including basic principles and techniques of food preparation, time management, use of recipes, and creative presentation. You will gain hands-on experience with operating kitchen equipment and tools.
The Stuff It menu will include crab cake-stuffed shrimp, lemon parmesan and mozzarella-stuffed artichoke bottoms, and portobello steaks with avocado chimichurri. Students will be able to consume the food once it is prepared.
