Do you have a sweet tooth? Would you like to learn how to make traditional French pastries? Chef Mayte from Mayte Sweets will show you how to make Eclairs and Profiteroles filled with Pastry Cream, Chocolate Glaze and a Fruit Tart with Pastry Cream. This course consists of 2 Monday evening classes. During the first class you will learn how to prepare Pâté à Choux (classic French dough) used to make the eclairs and profiteroles, and Pâte Sucree (sweetened enriched short-flake crust) to make the fruit tart.
