About the Instructor

Rose MacNeal is a self-taught artist. She began watercolor painting over 30 years ago as a hobby, painting for herself and family members. More recently, during the pandemic lockdown, she honed her watercolor painting skills by creating frameable watercolor holiday greeting cards, as well as still life and various characters. Watercolor painting is a great form of relaxation for her, and she enjoys bringing joy to others through her paintings.
