Prepare to elevate your cooking game and impress your friends and family with our exclusive three-sauce masterclass! Learn to create three delicious staple and versatile sauces: alfredo sauce, marsala sauce, and white wine with lemon garlic sauce. These sauces are a great foundation for a variety of savory dishes. The class will consist of only six students with a focus on providing a hands-on, personalized culinary experience that will hone your gourmet cooking skills. Mastering these three basic sauces can significantly enhance your gastronomic repertoire. Students will leave with two servings of chicken marsala and sauces they make during class.

Learn Alfredo sauce, Marsala sauce, and White Wine with Lemon Garlic sauce. The class will consist of only 6 students with a focus on providing a hands-on, personalized culinary experience that will hone your gourmet cooking skills. Students will leave with chicken marsala and the sauces they have made. Yield is 2 meals to take home.

Class Location

About the Community Enrichment Program

The Community Enrichment Program (CEP) at Craven Community College provides a diverse array of non-credit, short-term, and affordable courses. Classes are open to anyone who wants to keep learning while having fun! Topics offered are based on community input and range in skill levels from beginner to advanced. Classes can take place in one session or span several weeks. Please note: CEP classes cannot be used for credit toward any of our degree programs.

Students may receive a full refund if a CEP class is canceled by Craven CC prior to the start date, or the student withdraws from the class before the start date. Complete details about CEP refunds are available in the Workforce Development section of the academic catalog.
