If you want to increase your career opportunities in the diesel technology field, this training will help you get there. This course provides students with the skills necessary to troubleshoot and repair direct current and alternating current electrical systems found on stationary and mobile applications. Emphasis is placed on electrical system and wiring sizing, batteries, wire harnesses, distribution panels, electronics component installation, and electrical system troubleshooting to include generator operations and disassembly. Upon completion of the class, students should be able to diagnose, test, and repair onsite and mobile power generation installations.
