Are you looking to change careers? Our Manufacturing Fast Track program at the Volt Center offers a flexible learning opportunity that can get you on the fast track to a new career in manufacturing and assembly with our manufacturing partners like BSH Home Appliances Corporation, Moen, Chatsworth Products, and many more.
These local manufacturing powerhouses are looking for long-term, career-minded individuals to meet immediate openings for assembly, packing, production, material handling, and other areas of operations. This training will prepare you to interview with and work for our manufacturers.
Assembly Training
Our Manufacturing Fast Track programs at the Volt Center were developed in partnership with our manufacturing partners of Craven County, with big power houses like BSH Home Appliance Corporation, Moen, and NCWorks, with specific training that industry leaders felt was most needed for individuals to be successful in manufacturing. During the course of the program, our manufacturing partners and NCWorks will register and pre-qualify students for interviews.

- Assembly line operations (practical exercises)
- Intro to manufacturing
- Resume development
- Safety training
- Working as a team
- Workplace ethics
