We know students have a lot of technical responsibilities that can be hard to keep up with. That’s why we have lots of resources to help you manage everything. Read below to get assistance with your Panther ID and student email, and learn how you can get additional support.

Find Your Panther ID

All of our students have a unique Panther ID, which is the only username and password you’ll need to access all your Craven CC accounts. To find your Panther ID, go to Self-Service and select “Forgot your username?” Enter your first name, last name, and email address and select “Submit.”

Once you sign in, you’ll be logged into Microsoft Office 365 for access to your student email, software, and other resources. You can also register for classes through Self-Service and get access to your hybrid and online courses using Moodle, an online learning platform. Don’t forget to sign up for Rave Alerts so you’re notified of campus closures, delays, and other emergency notifications.

If you need assistance, contact the Student Help Desk.

Student Email

Your official Craven Community College email account is through Office 365 Outlook. Your student email address will be PantherID@my.cravencc.edu.

  • For example, John M. Doe (Student ID # 123456) would have the following email address: johnm23456@my.cravencc.edu

To access your student email account, go to Outlook and use your Panther ID username and password.

For assistance with your student Outlook account, contact the Student Help Desk.

If you need to reset your password, keep in mind that your Office 365, Self-Service, Moodle, and Outlook passwords will be updated as well. Please allow some time for a newly changed password to synchronize with Office 365.
