In this 2-hour, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to design and assemble a beautiful, long-lasting wreath that brings timeless elegance to your holiday décor.

You will learn the step-by-step process of preparation techniques, design, and use of seasonal materials. The instructor will provide all materials, and you will leave with a beautiful wreath to grace your home décor and personal style.

In this class, the instructor, a certified financial planner, will provide a safe space to ask questions about timely and relevant financial information necessary to plan for retirement. Valuable information for those already retired will be shared as well. Be prepared to take notes!

This class is for beginner meditators or the more experienced who just need a quiet space and convenient time to practice. The class is offered for one hour on Wednesday nights (6-7 pm) on the main campus in New Bern. Total class hours is 4 hours. Wear comfortable clothing. We use a chair for our seated practice.

Emphasis is on Ohm’s law, alternating and direct currents, series circuits, parallel circuits, and series parallel circuits, use of electrical tools and equipment, wiring materials and many other special subjects. Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting as well as the National Electrical Code will be covered.

This is a 185 clock hour course and includes mandatory NCCER Core Curriculum of 72.5 hours. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll earn your NCCER Core and Electrical Level 1.

This hands-on Electrical Level 2 course is available for students who have completed Electrical Level 1.
