If you’re looking to start a career in the electrical field without going through an entire degree program, this short-term course is a great choice. It will introduce you to the knowledge and skills needed to enter and excel in this high-demand job market.The course is broken down into topics including: orientation to the electrical trade, electrical safety, introduction to electrical circuits, electrical theory, introduction to National Electrical Code, device boxes, hand bending, raceways and fittings, conductors and cables, basic electrical construction drawings, residential electrical services, and electrical test equipment. This is a 185 clock hour course and includes mandatory NCCER Core Curriculum of 72.5 hours. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll earn your NCCER Core and Electrical Level 1.
