Pâte feuilletée, or puff pastry, is a delicate, light, and flaky pastry that can be used in countless ways. However, they take a very long time to make correctly. In this class, you will use frozen puff pastries to learn how to create delicious Napoleons and Elephant Ears filled with pastry crème. What a great treat to share with family and friends!
