Madeleines, derived from northeastern France, are very small cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape that taste somewhat lighter than a sponge cake. And piped cookies are just fun to make! You will use a large piping tip to make these melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies.

Mousse is a foamy, soft prepared dessert that incorporates air bubbles to give it a light and airy texture that will melt in your mouth. Make sure to bring take-out containers or Tupperware to transport your baked dessert home.

Pâte feuilletée, or puff pastry, is a delicate, light, and flaky pastry that can be used in countless ways. However, they take a very long time to make correctly. In this class, you will use frozen puff pastries to learn how to create delicious Napoleons and Elephant Ears filled with pastry crème. What a great treat to share with family and friends! Bring take-out containers or Tupperware to transport your baked dessert home.

The instructor will provide the required tools and participants bring the materials listed below. You will leave with a beautiful wreath to grace your home décor and personal style.

This course is designed for intermediate players who have played for at least two years in social or USTA intermediate drills or leagues. Players must know all the strokes and know how to play doubles.

The instructor is a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) instructor with 35 years of teaching and playing experience. All players must have tennis sneakers with smooth soles; no running shoes will be permitted.

Take a swing at a new hobby with our Beginning Tennis course! It's designed for those who are just starting to learn the game. It will cover proper grips, all strokes, and the basic knowledge of the game. You'll also learn how to rally, volley, serve, and hit overheads.
