Falls remain one of the leading causes of serious workplace injuries, and they're preventable. This course equips participants with the knowledge and hands-on awareness needed to recognize fall hazards, use protective equipment correctly, and work safely at height in both construction and general industry settings. Participants will leave with practical skills that directly support OSHA compliance and safer job sites.
This course will focus on leadership principles needed by law enforcement leaders and executives to successfully lead their organizations. It will focus on the concept of "adaptive change" and the importance of emotional intelligence. Leadership styles, mentoring, and conflict resolution will be evaluated throughout classroom breakout sessions. Students will be challenged with how to become an effective leader and create positive change in their current leadership assignment.
