Stuffed foods are dishes that are prepared with various fillings and stuffings. This class will share recipes that you can really feel good about stuffing yourself with! You will learn how to make chicken breast cordon bleu stuffed with feta and spinach and topped with a creamy dijon sauce. This is a go-to chicken recipe that makes a great meal for family or company to enjoy.

Our Comfort Food class will teach you the knowledge and skills needed for the preparation and presentation of food, including basic principles and techniques of food preparation, time management, use of recipes, and creative presentation. You will gain hands-on experience with operating kitchen equipment and tools.

This course will be offered by Cape Lookout Sail and Power Squadron, America's Boating Club. This course builds on the material presented in America's Boating Course with six in-depth seminars covering the skills you need to operate your boat (sail or power) with skill and confidence. There will be instruction covering the rules of the "road," docking and undocking, anchoring, emergencies on board, and knots/line handling.

You'll also discover the variety of sauces and toppings and learn to perfect your own homemade pizzas in our pizza oven.
