Runner/Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

White & Allen, P.A., an established eastern North Carolina law firm with offices in Kinston, New Bern, Greenville, and Snow Hill, is seeking a part-time Runner/Administrative Assistant for our New Bern office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to take initiative while working with minimal supervision. This position includes a variety of administrative support responsibilities, maintaining office supply inventory, and handling local errands and deliveries.
The successful candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and professional telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Keyboarding and general computer proficiency
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred, but not required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
Ability to run local errands and perform occasional lifting of office supplies and files
