Scholarships and funding opportunities are available to most students. Public Safety students (fire, EMS, paramedic, law enforcement) may be eligible for 100% fee waivers after registering for classes. In this course, students examine the basic elements of menu planning. Topics include pricing, ordering, standardized recipes, sales history reporting and various types of menus.
