Technical Rescue Passenger Vehicle Rescue Operations

This certification-related course in common passenger vehicles (operations and technician level) will present the Technical Rescuer (TR) with information on vehicle anatomy and will introduce new technologies in vehicle devices which present hazards for rescue personnel. Topics included in this course are site operations, mechanical energy and vehicle anatomy, supplemental restraint systems, and advanced vehicle technology: alternative fuel vehicles.
