Our Therapeutic Massage program is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of massage, including basic techniques of Swedish massage through hands-on training, as well as education in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, chair massage, and ethical practices in massage therapy. As the program progresses, students will study advanced therapeutic massage techniques to increase fundamental knowledge of massage therapy.

Learn the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E standard guiding processes, procedures, and tools necessary to safely and confidently interface with daily tasking. Practice with the tools necessary to analyze work areas, and practice with physical tools that minimize high energy hazards, such as hand tools and appropriate personal protective equipment.

This certification-related course is designed to provide training mandated by a North Carolina accrediting commission or agency of state or federal government for continued certification as a criminal justice officer.
Millwright Level 3 includes key content in the following areas:
  • Advanced trade math
  • Precision measuring tools
  • Installing packing and seals
  • Removing and installing bearings
  • Couplings
  • Fabricating ahims

You will love this sweet snack that's lower in fat and sugar than most cookies, and they are packed with heart-healthy nuts. Biscotti can be frozen and defrosted in the open air so none go to waste. They also make great gifts.

The Credentialed Clinical Instructor Program is designed for people interested in or involved with physical therapy clinical education, such as clinical instructors, site coordinators of clinical education, and directors of clinical education. It is recognized by APTA as a clinical instructor education and credentialing program.

This class is open to those who are new to yoga. Classes are a combination of gentle stretches, simple yoga poses, and breathing techniques. Practicing yoga has many benefits: it helps reduce stress and promotes flexibility, strength, range of motion and balance.

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a yoga mat. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
