Students from the Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) program presented Craven County Sheriff Chip Hughes with a $400 donation to help Craven County Deputy Zachary Bellingham in his recovery. The students raised funds during "no-shave November" in honor of Bellingham, who was shot in the line of duty on Oct. 1.
