Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts, skills, and techniques involved in pasta making. The course focuses on various aspects such as dough preparation, rolling and cutting techniques, hand-cutting and shaping methods, creating flavored doughs, mastering stuffed pasta, preparing sauces, and learning how to cook and store pasta effectively.
