Craven Community College’s Career and Technical Programs brought home an impressive 39 medals from the SkillsUSA North Carolina State Leadership and Skills Conference, held last week in Greensboro. This remarkable performance highlights the talent, dedication, and hard work of Craven CC students and instructors across a wide variety of technical disciplines.
Most notably, five students earned first-place finishes and will advance to represent Craven CC at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference, taking place this June in Atlanta, Georgia.
“This incredible showing is a testament to the strength of our technical programs and the commitment of our students,” said Matthew Berg, Craven CC Dean of Career and Technical Programs. “We’re so proud of each competitor, and we’re especially excited to see our national qualifiers take the next big step in Atlanta.”
