Falls remain one of the leading causes of serious workplace injuries, and they're preventable. This course equips participants with the knowledge and hands-on awareness needed to recognize fall hazards, use protective equipment correctly, and work safely at height in both construction and general industry settings. Participants will leave with practical skills that directly support OSHA compliance and safer job sites.

This training meets the requirements of OSHA 1926 Subpart X (Construction - Stairways and Ladders) and OSHA 1910 (General Industry - Fall Protection). Instruction includes identifying and eliminating fall hazards; proper use of fall protection systems such as tripods and winches, full-body harnesses, lanyards, and connection devices; and ladder safety fundamentals. Participants will learn when ladder use is required, how to select and inspect ladders, proper ladder setup, and safe mounting, ascending, and descending techniques.
