New Facility Opening in 2026

In 2026, Craven Community College will open an industrial training facility dedicated to the Fleet Workforce Education Center. This flexible space will serve as the hub for advanced defense manufacturing education. The new building will support:

  • Specialized labs, heavy equipment, and advanced training simulators
  • Collaborative research and development with industry partners
