Veteran business owner Valerie Dickens opened Val’s Pub & Grill on August 24, 2018 in Havelock, NC. Val served in the United States Marine Corps. When she retired from the logistics industry she did what she always wanted to do—open a sports pub that combined her passions: homemade food, darts, and customers.
